These terms and conditions represent a formal agreement (contract) between the app and the users of the app (clients). Any use by you of the services provided by the app is considered your acceptance of this contract and its provisions, and accordingly you should not use the app if you do not agree to the terms and conditions contained in this contract. Nibras Trading Est. reserves the right to amend or change these terms and conditions without prior notice, and it is your responsibility as a user of the application to review the terms and conditions of use periodically to know the updates that occur to these terms and conditions through the application.  The right to receive services

You represent and warrant the following:

1- You are not a competitor to the app, and you do not provide any service that competes with the services provided within the app. 2- You have the full power and authority to contract and you will not be in violation of any law or contract.

3- Your use of the Abari app services has never been disabled or prevented from using them at any time.

 COMMITMENTS AND WARRANTIES

You represent and warrant the following:

1- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2- You will provide true and accurate information to the app.

3- You will only use the application for lawful purposes, and you will not use the applications to send or store any illegal or fraudulent materials.

4- You will not use the application to cause harm, inconvenience or inconvenience to anyone.

5- It will not impede the proper operation of the app.

6- You will not attempt to harm the service provided by the driver of the Appari Contents application in any way.

7- You will not copy or distribute the application or other content without the written permission of Nibras Al-Taqamel Trading Est.

8 - You will maintain any means of identification we provide to you and allow access to your account in a secure and confidential manner.

9- You will only use wireless Internet connection devices or account data for services provided by telecom companies that you are authorized to use.

10- When you place your order through the Appari app and confirm the order, you must pay the amount that appears to you on the screen in the application.

Payment and fines

The prices offered by the Abari application for water products can be viewed through the application upon request

1- Abari app has the right to modify or update prices from time to time and according to market demand and offer

2- The user of the application is responsible for knowing the current prices related to drinking water of all kinds within the application

3- You are solely responsible for paying the full value of the order on time, and you acknowledge that any amount paid is not refundable

4- You will not cancel the request when the driver (Apari) arrives to implement the service, and that your right to cancel the request is limited, and it is before the arrival of the application representative (Apari), and that in the event that the request is canceled for any reason after the representative’s arrival period, the customer will be fined an amount of one SAR on each carton requested in this application as a result of the cancellation process, the application has the right to refuse to provide the service or use the application without giving reasons

5- You acknowledge and agree that you will always abide by the honesty with respect to your use of the App.

- The information, recommendations and services or any of them provided to you on or through the Application are for general information purposes only and do not constitute any recommendation advice Defects, Malware and Viruses and does not guarantee the correctness, accuracy and up-to-dateness of the Application. Nebras Trading Est. shall not be liable for any damage resulting from the use (or ability to use) the Application, including damage caused by malware or viruses, nor shall it be held liable for the incorrectness or non-verification of the application. The completeness of the information on the application, unless this damage was the result of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of Nibras Al-Taqamel Trading Est. The responsibility for the quality of the products displayed in the application lies with the companies providing the products. Safety

Contract duration and expiration

The above User Terms shall be subject to and apply to the settlement of any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to the above User Terms or any violation thereof, termination, execution, interpretation, validity or use of the above User Terms.
